Self-service designed specifically for academic institutions, to automatically and instantly convert educational material into an alternative, multimedia, and accessible format, and integrates traditional services for students with disabilities and learning disorders.
SensusAccess allows students, teachers, library staff, and alumni to have inaccessible or hard-to-read documents, such as image-only PDF files, documents scanned with a scanner, text images captured with a smartphone, LaTeX documents, and Microsoft PowerPoint presentations released by teachers, transformed into an alternative format more suitable for their needs, such as audiobooks in MP3 and DAISY format, ebooks in EPUB, EPUB3, and Mobi format, and files in digital Braille format.
It is possible to send SensusAccess a wide range of document types: text files, Microsoft Word documents with and without mathematical equations, PowerPoint presentations with and without notes, HTML documents, RTF files, LaTeX documents, most image formats, ebooks in EPUB and Mobi Pocket format, and all types of PDF documents.
